All applicants must be a registered UK business and able to fulfil orders independently. We do not accept applications from dropship-only businesses that do not hold their own stock.
The Sitex Marketplace is a curated trade platform — we review all applications before approval. When assessing your application, we consider:
Product relevance — does your range fit the Sitex Marketplace's trade and industrial focus?
Catalogue quality — are your products well described with accurate specifications and good images?
Fulfilment capability — can you dispatch reliably within agreed timeframes?
Business credibility — are you a registered, trading UK business with verifiable details?

Free batch upload — upload your full product catalogue via CSV at no cost
Credits-based single submission — submit individual products using credits
Managed listings — our team handles product listing on your behalf
Our team will review your application and contact you within a few business days. If approved, you will receive access to your vendor dashboard and can begin setting up your store profile and submitting products for review.
