Supplier OnBoarding Process

Once your vendor application has been reviewed and approved by the Sitex marketplace team, you will be guided through the onboarding process to get your store set up and ready to sell. This article explains each stage of the process.

Step 1: Application Approval

After submitting your application via Sitex Marketplace or ONBOARD, our team will review your business details, product range, and suitability for the marketplace. You will be notified by email once a decision has been made. If your application is successful, your vendor account will be activated and you will receive login credentials for your vendor dashboard.

Step 2: Dashboard Setup

Log into your vendor dashboard for the first time and complete your store profile. This includes your store name, logo, banner image, contact details, and store description. A complete profile is required before any products can be submitted for review. See Setting Up Your Vendor Store Profile for full guidance.

Step 3: Product Submission

Once your profile is complete, you can begin adding products to the marketplace. Products can be added individually through the dashboard or imported in bulk via CSV. All products must be submitted for review before they go live. Our team will check listings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with our listing standards before approving them.

Step 4: Listing Approval

Approved products will be published to the live marketplace automatically. If a listing requires changes, you will be notified with specific feedback. Products that do not meet our standards will not be published until the required amendments are made.

Step 5: First Order

Once your products are live, you are ready to receive orders. Ensure your fulfilment process is in place before your first listing goes live — including your dispatch method, packaging, and returns procedure. See How to Manage and Fulfil Orders for guidance on handling orders from your dashboard.
