What is your return policy?

You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with accessories/manuals. Some items, like personalised or perishable goods, cannot be returned.

Some items may be excluded (for example, personalised, made-to-order, or hygiene-critical goods). Eligibility is confirmed during your return request.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Log in to Your Account: Go to "My Account" in the top-right corner.

2. Navigate to Order History: Click on the specific order and item you wish to return.

3. Submit Return Request: Follow the prompts to submit your return request.

4. Return Instructions: You will receive return instructions and a return label (if applicable).

5. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or send a replacement as requested.

Refund Process

Once your return is received, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method, and you will be notified once the refund is complete.
