Sitex Direct offers a range of delivery options at checkout depending on your order contents, delivery address, and the supplier fulfilling each item. This article explains the options available and what to expect when placing an order.
Standard delivery is available on all orders and is the default option at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the product and the supplying vendor but typically fall within 2–5 working days from dispatch. Some products with longer lead times will show an estimated delivery window on the product page before you add them to your basket.
Free delivery is available on qualifying orders that meet the free shipping threshold. Where applicable, the free delivery threshold and qualifying conditions are shown at checkout and on the product pages. Not all products or suppliers are eligible for free delivery — this will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
Where available, expedited delivery options such as next day or express delivery may be offered at checkout for eligible products. These options are subject to order cut-off times, stock availability, and your delivery location. If express delivery is not shown at checkout, it is not available for your order.
Click and collect is not currently available on Sitex Direct. All orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
At this time, each order can only be delivered to a single address. If you need items sent to different locations, please place separate orders for each delivery address.
If your order contains products from multiple suppliers or warehouses, it may arrive in separate deliveries at different times. Each part of your order will have its own dispatch notification and tracking details. See Why Sitex Direct Orders Can Arrive Separately for more information.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order contents and delivery address. The exact cost will be shown before you confirm payment. Delivery charges are not included in the £15 minimum order value calculation.
