Tracking Orders on Sitex Direct

Once your Sitex Direct order has been dispatched, you can track it in several ways. This article explains how to find your tracking information and what to do if you have not received an update.

Step 1: Check Your Dispatch Email

When your order or any part of your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email to the address used at checkout. This email will include the courier name and a tracking number or link where available. Click the tracking link to follow your delivery in real time on the courier's website.

Step 2: Check Your Account Order History

Log into your Sitex Direct account and go to My Account → Orders. Select the relevant order to view its current status and any tracking information that has been added. If your order has been split into multiple deliveries, each shipment will appear separately with its own status and tracking details.

Split and Marketplace Orders

If your order contains items from multiple suppliers, you may receive more than one dispatch email and more than one set of tracking information — one per vendor. This is normal and means each supplier is fulfilling their part of your order independently. Check each dispatch email separately to track each delivery.

If Tracking Is Not Yet Available

Tracking information is provided by the courier and may not appear immediately after dispatch. In most cases tracking becomes active within a few hours of dispatch. If your tracking link shows no information after 24 hours, the parcel may still be in transit — try again the following day before contacting us.

If Your Order Has Not Arrived

If your expected delivery date has passed and your order has not arrived, check the tracking link first for any courier updates such as a failed delivery attempt or a parcel held at a depot. If the tracking shows no movement or the parcel appears lost, contact us at support[at]sitexdirect.com with your order number and we will investigate on your behalf.
