To apply for a Sitex Direct trade account, please use the dedicated trade application route and submit the required business information in full. This helps our team assess your application correctly and determine whether your business qualifies for trade access.
As part of the process, you may be asked to provide company and contact details, trading information, and other relevant business credentials. Once received, your application will be reviewed by our team. If approved, your account can be set up with the appropriate trade visibility, access to eligible B2B features, and any applicable account permissions.
Please note that trade pricing, trade-credit tools, and other restricted account features are not activated automatically and will only become available once the application has been reviewed and approved.
