Creating an account on Power-Hub is free and takes less than two minutes. Having an account gives you access to your full order history, saved delivery addresses, and a faster checkout experience every time you return.
Go to power-hub.co.uk
Click the Account icon in the top navigation, or click Register if prompted at checkout
Enter your name, email address, and a secure password
If you are registering as a business, enter your company name and contact details
Click Create Account to submit your registration
Check your email inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link to activate your account
Once verified, log in and you are ready to shop
Power-Hub requires email verification for all new accounts. If you do not receive the verification email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If it is still not there, return to the login page and request a new verification email. You will not be able to complete a purchase until your email address has been verified.
If you are a business buyer, you can apply for a trade account after registering. A trade account gives you access to trade pricing, the ability to add multiple staff users, and the option to apply for credit account terms. To apply, log in and visit the Trade Account section, or contact us at support[at]sitexdirect.com.
Once logged in, you can manage your account from the My Account section. Here you can:
View and track your orders
Add or update delivery addresses
Update your contact details and password
Download invoices and order documents
Manage staff users if you have a trade account
