Sitex Direct operates a minimum order value (MOV) of £15 per order across the main Sitex Direct store. This applies to all standard product purchases on sitexdirect.com, power-hub.co.uk, Sitex Tapes, and Sitex Cable Ties.
The minimum order value helps ensure that every order can be processed, packed, and delivered in a cost-effective way for both us and our customers. Orders below this threshold are not accepted at checkout.
Yes — the £15 minimum order value applies to all customers including retail buyers and approved trade account holders. There is no separate minimum for trade accounts at this time.
The minimum order value of £15 is based on the order subtotal excluding VAT. Delivery charges are not counted towards the minimum order value.
For products sold through the Sitex Marketplace by third-party vendors, the minimum order value may differ. Each vendor can set their own minimum order value for their store, which may be higher or lower than the Sitex Direct standard. Any vendor-specific MOV will be displayed on their storefront or at checkout before you confirm your order.
