Before listing any products on the Sitex Marketplace, we strongly recommend completing your vendor store profile. A well-presented profile builds buyer confidence and helps your store stand out in a competitive marketplace.
Log into your vendor dashboard and click Store Settings from the left-hand navigation menu. This is where you manage all aspects of your public-facing store profile.
Your store name is displayed on your product listings and your dedicated storefront page. Your store URL is set during registration and forms part of your public store address on the marketplace. Choose something clear and professional that reflects your business.
Upload your company logo and a banner image to give your storefront a professional appearance. We recommend:
Logo: PNG or SVG format, at least 200x200px, on a transparent or white background
Banner: A wide landscape image, ideally 1200x300px, representing your brand or product range
Add your business contact information including email address, phone number, and business address. This information may be displayed on your storefront and helps buyers get in touch with you directly for pre-sales enquiries.
Write a short description of your business — who you are, what you supply, and why buyers should choose you. This appears on your storefront page and helps with discoverability on the marketplace.
You can set your own store policies covering returns, refunds, shipping, and any other terms specific to your business. Clear policies reduce disputes and build buyer trust. These will be displayed on your storefront for customers to read before purchasing.
