Your vendor dashboard gives you full visibility of your earnings, commission deductions, and payout history. This article explains how the earnings and payout system works on the Sitex Marketplace.
Each time a customer completes a purchase from your store, the sale value is recorded in your earnings. Sitex Marketplace charges a 12% commission on each sale. Your net earnings are the sale amount minus this commission.
For example: if a customer purchases a product for £100, your net earning for that sale is £88 after the 12% commission is deducted.
From your vendor dashboard, click Earnings in the left-hand navigation menu. Here you can see:
Total earnings to date
Earnings broken down by order, customer, or month
Commission amounts deducted per sale
Your current available balance
A full downloadable history of all balance changes
Payouts are processed on a monthly basis. At the end of each calendar month, your available balance is reviewed and payment is issued to your registered bank account. You will receive a notification when a payout has been processed.
To receive payouts you must have:
A valid bank account registered in your vendor profile
Completed identity and business verification as part of the onboarding process
A minimum available balance (the minimum threshold will be confirmed during onboarding)
In most cases payouts are processed automatically on the monthly schedule. If you have a query about a specific payout or wish to request an early withdrawal, contact the Sitex marketplace team via the Messages section of your dashboard or email support[at]sitexdirect.com.
If an order is refunded, the corresponding earning will be reversed from your balance. Cancelled orders are not included in your earnings. You can view all adjustments in your earnings history log.
