The Sitex Marketplace runs B2BKing alongside the marketplace platform, which means vendors can set separate pricing for trade and wholesale customers. This allows you to offer different prices to retail buyers and approved B2B account holders from within your vendor dashboard.
When B2B pricing is enabled on a product, approved trade customers will see a different price to standard retail customers. Retail visitors see the standard price, while logged-in trade account holders see the B2B price you have set. This is managed automatically by the platform — you simply need to enter the correct prices.
Open the product you want to edit from your Products list
Scroll down to the Pricing section
You will see a standard Regular price field as well as additional fields for B2B / Wholesale price
Enter your wholesale price in the B2B price field
Save or submit the product for review
As well as pricing, you can control which customer groups can see each product. For example, you can:
Make a product visible to retail customers only
Make a product visible to trade account holders only
Sell a single unit to retail customers and a pack of 12 to B2B customers as separate product listings
This visibility setting is found in the product edit screen under the B2B Options or Visibility section depending on your dashboard view.
For variable products (e.g. different sizes or quantities), B2B prices can be set per variation. This means each variation can have its own retail price and its own wholesale price independently.
Only customers with an approved trade account on the Sitex Marketplace will see B2B prices. Standard registered customers and guests will always see the regular retail price. Trade account approval is managed by the Sitex marketplace admin team.
