All product listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading
Product titles, descriptions, and images must represent the actual item being sold
SKUs must be unique and consistent with your own inventory system
Pricing must be clearly stated and inclusive of any applicable charges
Products must comply with UK trading standards and relevant safety regulations
Counterfeit, prohibited, or restricted items are not permitted on the marketplace
Orders must be dispatched within the timeframe stated in your store policies
If a delay is anticipated, you must notify the Sitex marketplace team promptly
Orders must be packed securely and appropriately for the product type
Tracking information should be provided where available and updated in the dashboard
Repeated late dispatches or failure to fulfil orders may result in account review
Respond to customer messages and queries in a timely and professional manner
Handle returns and refund requests fairly and in accordance with your stated store policy
Do not direct customers to purchase outside of the Sitex Marketplace platform
Treat all customers with respect regardless of order size or account type
Manipulating reviews or feedback in any way
Listing products you do not have in stock with no intention to fulfil
Using the marketplace to advertise or redirect buyers to external websites
Misrepresenting your business identity, certifications, or accreditations
The Sitex marketplace team reserves the right to review, suspend, or terminate any vendor account that repeatedly fails to meet these standards. Where possible, we will contact you to resolve issues before taking action. If your account is placed under review, you will be notified by email and through your dashboard.
