Vendor Vacation Mode

If you need to temporarily pause your store — for example during holidays, a stock replenishment period, or a planned closure — you can enable Vacation Mode from your vendor dashboard. This prevents customers from placing orders while your store is unavailable, protecting your fulfilment performance and reputation.

Enabling Vacation Mode

  1. Log into your vendor dashboard

  2. Go to Store Settings in the left-hand navigation

  3. Find the Vacation Mode section

  4. Toggle Vacation Mode On

  5. Optionally add a message to display to customers who visit your store while it is paused — for example: "We are currently closed for the holiday period and will return on [date]. Thank you for your patience."

  6. Save your settings

What Happens When Vacation Mode is Active

Disabling Vacation Mode

When you are ready to resume trading, return to Store Settings → Vacation Mode and toggle it Off. Your store and products will become visible and purchasable again immediately.
