You must not use Sitex Direct to commit fraud, upload malware, interfere with systems, scrape data, harvest customer information, bypass restrictions, manipulate prices, abuse promotions, create fake accounts, impersonate others, post unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, send spam, manipulate reviews, attack the website, reverse engineer systems, or engage in activity that harms Sitex Direct, customers, sellers, suppliers or third parties.
Sellers must not list prohibited products, counterfeit goods, unsafe goods, recalled goods, misleading products, unauthorised branded goods, products without required compliance documents, or goods that breach marketplace standards. Sellers must not divert customers off-platform, request off-platform payment, misuse customer data or manipulate reviews.
Affiliates must not use misleading advertising, fake endorsements, unauthorised discount claims, cookie stuffing, spam, unlawful email marketing, brand bidding where prohibited, malware, forced clicks, self-referrals or any practice that artificially generates commission.
We may investigate suspected breaches of this policy and take appropriate action where necessary to protect the platform, customers, sellers and partners. This may include account restriction, suspension or other proportionate measures depending on the nature of the issue.
